Share project workspaces
There are two ways to share a whole project workspace.
Invite people in
Add clients or colleagues as collaborators and they can open and edit every deliverable in it. See Adding and removing project workspace collaborators.
Share it as one link
- Open the project workspace and choose Share project workspace.
- In Link Sharing, keep the switch on. The link lets anyone who has it view the deliverables in the project workspace.
- Under Shareable project workspace URL, copy the link and send it.
The same panel also has Password protect your project workspace and an Embed tab.
