Adding and removing project workspace collaborators
People you add to a project workspace can work on every deliverable in it, so you don’t have to invite them to each one. A Team Visible project workspace is already open to everyone on your team; use this for a Private one, or to bring in a client.
Add someone
- Open the project workspace from your dashboard’s sidebar.
- Choose Invite Collaborators at the top. Once someone has been added, this becomes their initials and a person icon; choose the icon.
- Under Invite collaborator to project workspace, enter their email, choose Can Edit or Can View, and choose Add.
- If they aren’t on your team yet, Xtensio asks how to add them. Choose Guest for a client. Guests don’t count as paid people.
They appear under Project Members. Until they accept, their row reads Pending; hover over it and choose Resend to send the invitation email again.
Remove someone
Hover over the person under Project Members, choose the x, then Yes, Remove User. They lose the editing access the project workspace gave them.
