Refunds, renewals and cancelling
Cancel any time
You can cancel whenever you like. You keep Xtensio Plus until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and then your team moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: see Downgrading.
To cancel, open Billing in the menu under your initials and choose Cancel Plan. If you’d rather pause, choose Park Plan instead. See Cancel your paid subscription.
Refunds
If you change your mind within 48 hours of a payment, we’ll refund it. That applies to a new subscription and to a renewal. Email help@xtensio.com from the account email, or with the last 4 digits of the card and the date of the charge.
Plans renew automatically
Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans renew every year, on the same date you first subscribed. We charge the card on file unless the plan has been cancelled before that date. If a yearly renewal caught you by surprise and it’s within 48 hours, we’ll refund it.
Switching between monthly and yearly
You can switch at any time from Billing. When you move to yearly, the unused part of your current month is credited against the yearly price, so you only pay the difference.
