Share workspaces

You can share a batch of folios with team members, stakeholders, or clients to give them viewing access by using shared workspace links. By sharing a workspace link, you can share multiple folios at one time. Workspaces allow you to group folios, collaborate on groups of folios, and share folios in batches.

Workspaces are private by default, so only workspace collaborators can see them. To share a workspace for view outside of your team’s Xtensio workspace:

  • Hover over the specific workspace on the left sidebar and click on the “Share” button. Select “Get Link”.
  • Or if you’re active on the workspace view, click “Get Link” at the top of the workspace view.
  • If link sharing is turned off, switch the toggle to make the workspace link public.
  • After turning on link sharing, you can grab the unique URL.

If you cancel your plan, premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. When the subscription expires, your account will be removed from the system entirely.
