Xtensio watermark and branding: what Free shows, and how to remove it
On the Free plan you can export and share as much as you like. In return, what you send carries a small Xtensio mark. Xtensio Plus removes it.
What it looks like
- PDF and image exports: a light Xtensio watermark across the page.
- Live links: a small Xtensio badge at the bottom of the page your viewers see.
Inside the editor you won’t see either. They only appear on what you send.
Removing it
Upgrade to Xtensio Plus. From then on, new exports come out clean and your live links show only your brand. Re-export any PDF you made on Free to get an unbranded copy.
Upgraded but still seeing the watermark?
Check that you’re signed in to the account that has Plus. The most common cause is subscribing on one account and exporting from another, for example a work email and a personal email. Your plan shows on the Current Plan tab under Billing. If it says Plus and exports are still marked, email help@xtensio.com.
