When are payments processed?
Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month or year, depending on how you pay. The Current Plan tab under Billing shows the amount and date of your next payment.
If a renewal catches you by surprise, we refund payments made within the last 48 hours. Email help@xtensio.com.
