Team user roles

Everyone on an Xtensio team has one of four roles.

• Team Owner: created the team. Manages billing, people, Teamspace Settings and the Brand Kit.
• Team Admin: manages people, Teamspace Settings and the Brand Kit, creates deliverables, and sees every team-visible project workspace.
• Team Member: creates and edits deliverables, and sees every team-visible project workspace.
• Guest: usually a client. Sees only the deliverables or project workspaces they’re invited to, can’t create deliverables, and doesn’t count as a paid seat.

Who sees what

Everyone, the Team Owner included, sees only what they have access to. Each project workspace and deliverable can be:

• Private: only the person who made it.
• Shared privately: that person plus the people they invite.
• Team visible: everyone on the team.

So a team member’s private or privately shared work isn’t visible to the owner or admins unless they’re invited.

How many people and guests

• Free: 1 person and 1 guest.
• Xtensio Plus: up to 5 people and unlimited guests.
