See who else is working on a deliverable

When someone else has the same deliverable open, their icon appears at the top of the editor, next to Share. A green dot means they’re in the deliverable now. Hover over an icon to see the person’s name. Your own icon says (You).

When someone is typing

When another person is typing in a module, that module gets a coloured outline and a small tag with their name. You can’t type in that module while they’re in it, so pick another module and come back to it when they’ve finished.

Two people can work in different modules at the same time. Everyone’s changes save as they go: you’ll see Saved, then the time under Last Saved, at the top right of the editor.

Seeing their latest changes

If you don’t see a collaborator’s most recent change, reload the page before you edit near it.
