Downgrading, and if you’re on an older plan

What happens when you go back to Free

Nothing is deleted. Your deliverables stay in your account and your Brand Kit is kept, so if you come back to Plus everything is where you left it.

Because Free has smaller limits, a few things change when your paid period ends:

• Deliverables: they all stay in your account. Free includes 10 deliverables, so to create new ones you may need to delete some or upgrade again.
• People and guests: Free includes 1 person and 1 guest. If your team is bigger, email help@xtensio.com before you downgrade and we’ll help you plan it.
• Branding: new exports and live links carry the Xtensio mark again.
• Plus-only features like password-protected links, custom link URLs, your own domain and HTML export stop working on those links.

On an older plan?

If you subscribed to a plan we no longer sell, such as Solo, Team, Agency, Business or an earlier plan, it keeps working exactly as before. You don’t need to do anything, and we won’t move you without asking.

If you’d like to switch to Xtensio Plus, open Billing in the menu under your initials and choose Change Plan. If you’re unsure which is better for you, email help@xtensio.com and we’ll compare them for you.
