Create a user persona

You can start from the User Persona template and fill it in yourself, or let AI draft it for you.

Find the persona templates

1. Open Templates at the top of your dashboard.
2. Type persona in Search Templates. Results appear as you type: User Persona, User Persona Comparison and Persona-Based Customer Journey Map.
3. Hover over a template to see your options: Create with AI, Preview and Use without AI.

Fill it in yourself

1. Hover over User Persona and choose Use without AI.
2. In New Deliverable, give it a name and pick a Project workspace (or choose Create new project workspace).
3. Choose Create Deliverable.

To change any text, double-click it. See Text module.

Let AI draft it

1. Click the User Persona card, or hover over it and choose Create with AI.
2. In Create a User Persona with AI, describe who the persona is: their role, goals, frustrations and anything you already know about them.
3. Optional: add context with + Website, + Text or + File.
4. Choose Generate Deliverable.
