Working with modules

Modules are the building blocks inside each section: text, images, video, tables, task lists, buttons, embeds, HTML, labels, email forms, social links, a table of contents and charts.

Add a module

Click its icon in the module bar at the top of the editor, or drag the icon onto the spot where you want it. The module is added to the section you have selected. Some modules open a short setup first: the button module, for example, asks for a link and a label.

Select a module

Click a module to select it.

The module buttons

A selected module shows a row of buttons along its top edge. Which buttons you see depends on the module:

• A text module shows AI Helper, Title Color, Background, Adjust Vertical Alignment, Delete Module and More.
• A table shows AI Helper, Add Row/Column, Table Color, Background, Delete Module and More.
• A button shows AI Helper, Update Link, Open Link, Button Color, Delete Module and More.

When modules overlap, an Adjust Ordering button also appears. See Moving and resizing modules.

The More menu

More (the three dots at the end of the row) opens the module menu:

• Show Border (or Hide Borders on a table): draw or remove a thin border around the module.
• Hide Header (charts): hide the chart’s title.
• Duplicate Module: add a copy right below. See Duplicate modules.
• Copy Module: copy it so you can paste it into a section of this deliverable.
• Copy Module Key: copy the module’s key.

The menu closes when you move the pointer away from it.

Colours and background

Each module has its own colour button (Title Color, Button Color, Table Color or Chart Color) and a Background button. See Change a module’s colours and Add a module background.

Edit with AI

Hover a module and click Edit with AI to rewrite or improve just that module. The panel offers quick actions that fit the module (for a button: Rewrite label, Make action-oriented, Shorten, Match voice) and a box to type your own request. Each request uses AI credits; the panel shows how many. Click the tick to keep the change.
