Your Team URL

Every Xtensio team has its own web address, for example yourcompany.xtensio.com. This is your Team URL. Your dashboard, and the deliverables and project workspaces you share, live under it.

Where to find it

Open Teamspace Settings from the menu under your team name. Your Team URL is shown there, under your team name and logo.

Can I change it?

Your Team URL is set once, when your team is created. It can’t be edited in the app, because links you’ve already sent depend on it. If you need it changed, email help@xtensio.com from the team owner’s account with the new name you’d like. We’ll check it’s available and update it for you.

Some names are reserved and can’t be used, such as admin, app or secure.

Team URL vs your own domain

Your Team URL is always on xtensio.com. If you’d rather your client links show your own address, such as docs.yourcompany.com, Xtensio Plus lets you connect your own domain. See Publish to your own domain.

Team name and logo

You can change your team name and logo in Teamspace Settings on any plan. See Change team name and Change team logo.
