Permanently delete account
You can request to remove your account and all of your data from the system, as compliant with GDPR.
- Open the profile menu at the top right of any page in the app. Select “Account settings” and then click “delete my account and data”.
- You can also reach out to us via the chat box at the bottom right of any page in the app, or at help.xtensio.com requesting to delete your account.
- We’ll then send you a message confirming that your account and all data will be deleted from the system within 48 hours.

If you’d like to cancel a paid subscription, you can do so via the billing settings link under your profile menu. Be mindful that, if your plan is cancelled, once your billing period ends your account will be deleted.
