- Open the profile menu at the top right of any page in the app. Select “account settings” and then click “delete my account and data”.
- You can also reach out to us via the chat box at the bottom right of any page in the app, or email us at email@example.com requesting to delete your account.
- We’ll then send you a message confirming that your account and all data will be deleted from the system within 48 hours.

If you’d like to keep your account active and cancel a paid subscription, you can do so via the billing settings link under your profile menu. When you cancel a subscription, you’ll continue to have access to premium features through the end of the current billing period and then the account will downgrade back to the free plan where you can continue using Xteniso’s basic features and the last 2 folios your team edited.
