HTML module
Use the HTML module when you want a block laid out exactly your way: a styled box, a short list, a table you wrote yourself, or a snippet from another tool.

Add HTML
- Click HTML (the
</>icon) in the module bar. The Add HTML Code window opens. - Paste or type your HTML into the box. You can use normal tags such as headings, paragraphs, bold text, lists, links and inline styles.
- Click Insert HTML.
The block appears on the page and the module grows to fit it. If the box is empty, the window says This field cannot be left blank.
For safety, scripts are removed. Anything inside <script> tags, and code attached to events such as onerror, is taken out and does not run.
Change the HTML
- Click the module to select it.
- Click Edit HTML (the pencil). The window opens with your code.
- Make your changes and click Update HTML.
Style the module
- Accent Color: sets the colour of headings, links and list text inside the block. Pick a swatch or type a hex code and click Ok.
- Background: colours or an image behind the whole module. See Add a module background.
- Drag the handles on the sides and corners to change the size.
Links in your HTML open in a new tab when you add target="_blank" to them.
When to use something else
- To show a live map, form or app from another service, use Embed apps and websites.
- For ordinary text, the text module is easier to edit.
